As the Seattle skyline continues to quickly develop, one site we are excited to see the finished is the Nexus building. Currently under construction and estimated to finish by the end of the year. This structure is going to be a landmark to the city 🏙 Some fun facts we found: - Each stack is a rotated box by 4 degrees from each stack – for a total of 8 degrees of separation. - The areas under the boxes allow open-air terraces, as well as amenity spaces. - The ground level will have an artistic façade that utilizes backlit glass fins that will respond to the motion of pedestrians or cars. - High-tech integrations for home automation to be able to control the environment through your phone. Ability to track energy use. - A more integrated system for its residents to organize events or meetups with other residents.
